Team ‘Sarbjit’ honours Randeep Hooda

Even though he does not take up multiple projects in one go, Randeep Hooda is known for the quality of work he does. As an actor, Randeep has evolved and now he is listed in one of the intense actors of the tinsel town. His next project ‘Sarbjit’ which is a biopic helmed by filmmaker Omung Kumar is one of the most awaited films of the coming year. This film is based on the life of an Indian national named Sarabjit Singh, who was charged for terrorism by Pakistan Court and sentenced to death in 1991. Somehow his death sentenced got postponed till 2013 when he was attacked by his jail mates. Within a week after the attack, he died in a hospital in Pakistan.

It’s a very interesting story as the family members of Sarabjit had put forth a tough fight to rescue him from Pakistan Jail. Especially his sister Dalbir. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan would be seen essaying the role of Sarabjit’s sister in the film. Omung Kumar’s team and the actors are putting their best foot forward to make this film a critically acclaimed film and well, it seems that filmmaker is extremely happy with Randeep Hooda’s dedication. He recently received a hamper from the team appreciating Randeep’s effort. This was accompanied by a sweet letter. Randeep posted this on Twitter. He said,
