This is what Ranveer Singh said about the ‘Sadmaa’ fiasco

Ranveer Singh and Kareena Kapoor Khan will be coming together for a remake of yesteryear classic ‘Sadmaa’. These rumours floated around and sent a wave of joy among the fans of the two actors, as it would have been a really fresh pairing of the two talented actors.

Things took a drastic turn with the makers ditching the project when Kareena Kapoor rejected the film. Bebo said, “I was approached for the film but I am not doing that film.”

Disappointed with Kareena’s refusal, the makers have decided to keep the project on hold for now. Recently at an event, Ranveer Singh was told of the recent development on the film, to which he replied in his quirky manner. He said, “Yeh sunn ke mujhe ‘Sadmaa’ aagaya.”

Well, the actor who is basking in the glory of his last release, will be performing at the IPL opening ceremony along with a host of international and Bollywood celebrities.
