Tiger Shroff is the new-gen action hero, and soon, the actor will be the voice of Spider-Man in the Hindi version of upcoming Hollywood superhero venture ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’. Tiger has also played an Indian superhero in last year’s release ‘A Flying Jatt’.
Recently, at an event, he was asked as to which iconic superhero role he would like to play on screen. Though Tiger impressed one and all with the answer, many missed a big blooper that he made. Tiger said, “If there is a movie ever made on the Mahabharata, I would love to play the character of Hanuman ji or Rama ji.”
Caught the blooper yet? No. Well, let us tell you. It’s fairly easy. Lord Hanuman and Lord Rama are characters of the epic Ramayana, and not Mahabharata. Guess Tiger got his mythological knowledge mixed up. (Also Read: Tiger Shroff to learn Wushu for ‘Baaghi 2’)
What’s more surprising that none of the leading publishing houses and portals caught the same, and put it as is.
Tiger, you can certainly play the role, but please do research properly. After all, you would not want to act like Hanuman from Ramayana when the role is that of Bhima from Mahabharata.
