Uhh! Anurag Kashyap just called Bombay Velvet a “disaster”

‘Bombay Velvet’ directed by Anurag Kashyap was a big time failure at box office. Anurag Kashyap, who has mastered the art of creating films on underworld mysteries, disappointed us with this one. How does he himself perceive this failure?

“When you let people buy into your idea and dream, you also have to take on their pressure. My own partner told me that I had made a Rs 90-crore art film and a lot of people had issues with that”-he said. What about all the money he spent on the film and lost it? “That gives me nightmares. We planned way too many things with our film and it was a disaster,”- he adds, on a sad note.
