Unbelievable! Rajkummar Rao goes totally unrecognisable in ‘Raabta’

As the trailer of ‘Raabta’ made it to the internet, we realised that the film will be set in two different eras. One is the modern era while the other one is about 300-400 years ago. Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon’s looks too have been created to match the eras. And here’s the big surprise! Out of nowhere Rajkummar Rao has unveiled his character from the film ‘Raabta’.

Taking to Twitter, Rajkummar posted his look from the film and oh-my, we are left flabbergasted with his transformation. We remember the mysterious looking man at the end of the trailer of ‘Raabta’, well he is none-other-than, Rajkummar Rao! He would be essaying the role of 324-year-old man in the film. ‘Raabta’ is a story based on the concept of reincarnation. Sushant and Kriti make up for that couple whose love lasts for eternity. Even though in different era, they somehow get connected and their love blooms.

Talking about Rajkummar’s character, the star had to make use of prosthetic to get the look right in the film. Praising him for going through the hectic process of transforming, director Dinesh Vijan said, “Rajkummar was kind enough to do me a favour. It was tedious but, he patiently sat through it everyday. I think, the idea of the prosthetics making him completely unrecognisable excited him as an actor.” As per reports, a special team from Los Angeles was called to work with Zuby Johal of Dirty Hands company to create Rajkummar’s look in the film.
