Varun Dhawan injured on ‘Dishoom’ sets

Bollywood’s latest heartthrob Varun Dhawan met with an accident on the sets of his upcoming action dhamaka ‘Dishoom’.  The actor  is currently in Abu Dhabi shooting for the second schedule of Sajid Nadiadwala’s production. He was having a fun time shooting with John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez.

The Badlapur actor was all set to carry out a stunt sequence when disaster struck. Varun had to run and jump over a car, after many takes, he injured himself and almost passed out. As his blood pressure had dropped to a dangerous level, a doctor was called over to check him out.

After a time span of about 2 hours, Varun was back on his feet and decided to shoot again. The entire team who had been on tenterhooks asked him  to rest but Varun decided to go ahead and shot once again.

A Rohit Dhawan directorial ‘Dishoom’ starring Varun Dhawan, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez and Akshaye Khanna is scheduled for a July 29, 2016 release.
