Varun Dhawan replaces Akshay Kumar in Omung Kumar’s ‘Five’

Omung Kumar’s ‘Five’ has been going through trouble after Akshay Kumar took a sudden exit from the film. The director has been on the lookout for the perfect face for his film and looks like, he has found the one.

Akshay backed out of the project stating that he was not yet ready to take the risk of playing five characters in a film. After looking for a while, the director finally approached actor Varun Dhawan for the same film. Omung is already in talks with Varun after he recently met him and narrated the script.

Varun too was, reportedly, quite impressed with the script and has given a positive feedback.

Omung Kumar is known for his biopics, ‘Mary Kom’ and ‘Sarbjit’.

Whether Varun gives a nod or not, only time will tell.
