It looks like June is not a good month for the film industry. After the demise of Razak Khan, one more prominent member of the industry has passed away. We are talking about the veteran actress Sulabha Deshpande who had worked in Marathi and Hindi films. She was also a theatre artist and had been a part of a few TV serials.
The 79-year-old actress passed away yesterday at her Mumbai residence, after a prolonged illness. She had been a part of Bollywood films like ‘Bhumika’ (1977), ‘Arvind Desai Ki Ajeeb Dastaan’ (1978), ‘Gaman’ (1978), and her most recent appearance was in Sridevi starrer ‘English Vinglish’ (2012).
We at Bollywood Bubble pray that her soul rest in peace.
