Vicky Kaushal on Sanjay Dutt Biopic: It will make you cry, make you laugh

Vicky Kaushal will be seen playing the role of Sanjay Dutt’s friend in the veteran actor’s biopic. Recently, while talking about the film, the ‘Masaan’ actor said that it will make you cry and laugh in equal measure.

When he was asked if the biopic will bring forward a different side of ‘Khalnayak’ actor’s life, he said, “I don’t know about different, but his life will be told in true sense. It (the film) is going to be very entertaining. It will make you cry, make you laugh. It is a great story. It is difficult to believe that a person has lived this life.”

Talking about the biopic, Vicky further stated, “I have grown up watching Sanjay Dutt’s films. I always looked up to him. But due to this story I got to know Sanjay Dutt as a human being for the first time. The untitled flick which stars Ranbir Kapoor has Sanjay Dutt is slated to hit the screens on March 30, 2017. It also stars Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Karishma Tanna, Dia Mirza and Jim Sarbh.
