Vivek Oberoi earlier earned our respect when he adopted a village in Andhra Pradesh and vowed to look after its welfare. And now, he has extended his kind hands towards an acid attack survivor.
Lalita, a woman who suffered an acid attack, was offered a job in Vivek’s company Karm Infrastructure. Not just that, the actor is also taking her to counselling sessions, as an attempt of bringing her back to the usual stream of life.
“When I met her, I got to know that she is looking for a job. Since I found her talented, I offered her one in my company. Also, when I learnt that she stays in a rented apartment, as a responsible citizen, I decided to gift her a home through my affordable housing company,” Vivek told Mid-Day.
