Vivek Oberoi funds a Robotic Centre in Nagpur

Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi has been missing from big screen since long now. But that does not mean that the actor is idle along with diaper duty for his new born daughter Ameyaa Nirvana, he is busy with an ambitious project. Vivek Oberoi is busy funding a Robotic Centre in Nagpur.

Vivek Oberoi has involved himself wit the Avanced Centre of Robotics in Nagpur, this idea came to him after meeting CM Devendra Fadnavis at a tech summit in Germany. Vivek said, “The goal is to create a world class centre for the youth of India. Our students shouldn’t be left behind in leading the technological revolution through robotic applications.”

On being asked as to why Nagpur and not Mumbai, Vivek added, “What difference does it make if I sponsor Nagpur or Mumbai University? It ultimately benefits the country. The Robotic Centre will be named after the Oberois -his parents, wife and children. But we haven’t taken a call on that yet.
