Superstar Shah Rukh Khan says he is “shy” about eating in front of too many people.
As the actor has to keep himself fit and healthy, he also ensures he has a nutritious diet.
“Grilled chicken, sprouts, broccoli and dal (lentil) are a part of my daily diet,” Shah Rukh said in an interaction for live video streaming and broadcasting destination #fame.
“I am shy and do not like eating in front of too many people. Even If I am going to a party, I eat home cooked food. Whenever I am invited to a friend’s place, I have all kinds of food that is served to me,” added the ‘Badshah’ of Bollywood.
The actor advised his fans to indulge in some form of sports for an hour every day to stay fit. He also said: “Eat in moderation and sit down to eat.”
According to Shah Rukh, posture can really help in proper digestion and reduce consumption of food.
