Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, was recently injured on the sets of his upcoming film Bajirao Mastani. The hyperactive actor who cannot be still for a second was laid down for three weeks. Ranveer Singh resumed the shoot of his film, but on the way to the shoot he suffered a near meltdown.
Ranveer Singh had injured his shoulder after falling from a horseback, while filming for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s historical romance Bajirao Mastani. The actor had to undergo a surgery. He was advised bed-rest of three weeks, as the doctors had warned him against undertaking any strenuous activity.But Ranveer was spotted promoting his upcoming ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’, along with shooting for ‘Bajirao Mastani’ shoot.
Ranveer Singh said, “I was extremely nervous when I drove down to the shoot. I had not faced the camera in two-and-a-half months and I was having a near meltdown. I decided to call my father,Jagjit Singh Bhavnani. My father was very reassuring and told me that it was just like swimming. He assured me I’d be just fine. I heard him out, reached the set, put on my costume and I immediately felt like the great Maratha warrior Peshwa Bajirao. After that I went out there and nailed it.”
We are sure that Bhansali must be quite impressed with Ranveer’s acting skills.
