Rigorous training sessions helped him achieve the desired goal, making him one of the sexiest men of Bollywood. But even though he is fit and fine now, Arjun Kapoor still continues with his intense workout sessions in order to sustain the ‘Sexiest Man’ title.
The actor who is set to host ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ season 7 has opted for two different forms of exercise names ‘Altitude Training’ and ‘Pilates’ in order to raise the temperatures on small screen with his alluring physic. Altitude training is a cardiovascular exercise which strengthens your body and increases flexibility whereas Pilates form of exercise helps in body toning. Arjun’s trainer says that it’s a train smart form of an exercise and is extremely effective. Arjun has been following this workout regime for almost four month now.
Apart from ‘Kahtron Ke Khiladi 7’ Arjun will also be seen in film ‘Ki and Ka’ along with Kareena Kapoor Khan.
