Would love to make a sequel of ‘Jagga Jasoos’, says Ranbir Kapoor

Two days go before ‘Jagga Jasoos’ releases, and we can’t hold back on our excitement! With news of numerous delays, we thought this film would add to the list of films thought about but never finished. But director Anurag Basu along with actors Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif showed the tenacity to bring it to completion.

And well, there’s one more good news. At a recent press interaction, Ranbir said they would love to take the story and the characters forward; which means, we could have a sequel of the film! “We have left the film on a cliffhanger, where it needs a part two or three. If they (the audience) accept it, then we would love to take the character and the genre forward,” said the Kapoor lad. Sounds awesome!

Leave the delays aside; the film attracted plenty of negativity after Ranbir and Katrina broke up, making space for much awkwardness on the sets too.

The film is slated for a release on 14th July, 2017.
