Wow! Saif Ali Khan-starrer ‘Kaalakaandi’ teaser crosses the mark of 2 million views on YouTube

Saif Ali Khan is one of those rare performers who surely leave an impact on the fans and moviegoers with their unique comic timing. Recently, the teaser of his upcoming film ‘Kaalakaandi’ was released online and without a doubt it has struck a chord with the audiences. And after having a look at the overwhelming response received by its teaser, we are double sure of the same.

The teaser of this film has crossed the mark of 2 million views on YouTube, in less than 48 hours. Yes! You heard that right. Saif’s quirky look in the film has created quite a stir on all social media platforms and has definitely raised the expectations of everyone. The ‘Rangoon’ actor will be seen teaming up with ‘Delhi Belly’ writer Akshat Verma, who is making his directorial debut with this film.

‘Kaalakaandi’ is the story of six characters from different worlds; urban, ambitious Mumbai and it’s dark, neglected underbelly, a raucous tale about life, death, karma, that barrels through one monsoon night.

Produced by Cinestaan Film Company and Ashi Dua Sara of Flying Unicorn, ‘Kaalakaandi’ witnesses an ensemble star cast that of Deepak Dobriyal, Vijay Raaz, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala, Akshay Oberoi, Shenaz Treasury, Shivam Patil, Amyra Dastur and Neil Bhoopalam.

The film is slated to hit the screens on September 8, 2017.
