Our Indian films getting selected for Oscars is surely a big honour for us, and this year two biopics have made it to the prestigious awards. Omung Kumar’s ‘Sarbjit’ starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Neeraj Pandey’s ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ starring Sushant Singh Rajput, have made it to the list of 336 feature films that are eligible for the Oscars.
According to a news agency, on Wednesday, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has unveiled the list of films that are in contention for the best picture.

Apart from these mainstream Bollywood films, even Mira Nair’s directorial venture ‘Queen of Katwe’ is a part of the list.
We are sure it’s a great time for the cast and the makers of ‘Sarbjit’ and ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’. Now let’s wait and watch, if any of these films will make it to the final nomination list or not.
