Yay! Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ becomes tax free in UP

As the year is coming to an end, we are gearing up for the biggest dhamaka of the year, Aamir Khan‘s ‘Dangal’. The film that will make it to the theatres on December 23, 2016 is one of the most anticipated films of this year, all thanks to Mr Perfectionist and the entertaining story line and well, looks like the film is already on its path to be a hit, as it has been pronounced tax free in Uttar Pradesh.

As per the reports, the Uttar Pradesh government has given ‘Dangal’ the bonus of tax exemption. This move will definitely prove beneficial for the film. Likewise, it is expected that the Haryana government too would follow this move and declare ‘Dangal’ tax free in their state. As the film is based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, who is born and bought up in Haryana, hence they may give this film tax exemption.

‘Dangal’ directed by Nitesh Tiwari would have Aamir Khan essaying the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat while Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra would essay the role of his daughters, Geeta and Babita Phogat.
