You won’t believe what Urvashi Rautela did to replace Anushka Sharma in ‘Sultan’

After so much of actress hunting, Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’s’ finally locked in Anushka Sharma as the leading lady. But, a lot of hard work was put in by the makers to find a perfect match opposite Salman. Many actresses were the contenders for this role including Kriti Sanon, Parineeti Chopra and many more. One more name has been added to the list and it’s Urvashi Rautela. But unlike the other, Urvashi is a self-entrant in the list.

If reports are to be held true then Urvashi, who made her Bollywood debut with ‘Singh Saab The Great,’ was extremely desperate to bag this role opposite Mr. Bhaijaan. So much that she apparently went all out to woo the director Ali Abbas Zafar so that he would cast her in ‘Sultan.’ Sources were quoted saying that Urvashi apparently tried to get too friendly with the director leading to an embarrassing moment for the director. Ali escaped this situation by asking Urvashi to send her pictures to his team and they would revert back. Obviously, the ‘Sultan’ team didn’t revert back as the Anushka had already been signed for ‘Sultan.’

But, if there’s any truth behind this story then it is extremely shocking to know that an actress could stoop so low just to bag a role. This is not the first time that Urvashi has been mired in such fake controversy. Earlier she stirred a controversy when she stated that she is dating Mukesh Ambani’s son and then she is in talks with Rohit Shetty for ‘Ram Lakhan’ remake.

Anyway, we are happy that Anushka is the one star opposite Salman in ‘Sultan’ which will release on Eid.
