In an old interview with trade analyst Komal Nahta that has recently resurfaced, Janhvi Kapoor opened up about her plans for the future, surprising fans with her wholesome and simple vision. Rather than clinging to the glitz and glamour of Bollywood stardom, Janhvi shared her dream of a life far removed from the limelight.

She revealed, “I have this plan of eventually getting married and settling down in Tirupati with my husband and three kids. We’ll eat out of banana leaves, do ‘Govinda Govinda,’ and I’ll have mogras in my hair. I’ll listen to Mani Ratnam music in the morning, (do) tel champi on my husband in his lungi.”

Janhvi’s candid description of her idyllic future garnered reactions not only from fans but also from Karan Johar, who was part of the interview. Karan’s expression gave away his disbelief as he repeated Janhvi’s plans with a casual air of scepticism. Meanwhile, Janhvi’s lovestruck reaction to Karan and her own words reflected how much this dream meant to her.
