Taapsee Pannu shocks the internet with throwback pic of her chopped-up haircut as a colour experiment went wrong

Taapsee Pannu took the entire internet by surprise when she posted a very shocking picture of herself. The actress has the most gorgeous hair and there are many fans of those luscious curls. But, looks like Taapsee had bid adieu to them once and she was very happy about it.

Taapsee took to her Instagram to share a picture of herself rocking a ruffled bob cut. Now, one would think that it is a wig or fake but the caption dos not say so, as Taapsee wrote, “Andddd the experiment continues… Since my hair couldn’t handle that colour for long got it all chopped off. This had her ‘Saandh Ki Ankh’ co-star Bhumi Pednekar and ‘Thappad’ director Anubh Sinha taken aback. Bhumi wrote, “One second is this a throw back or have you chopped off your hair ?,” and Sinha wrote, “जे का कल्लिया????“

Taapsee had earlier shared a throwback video showing off her purple long curls. Sharing the story behind it, she wrote, “My hair experiments ! I have always been very experimental with my hair. Right from the twelfth standard when I secretly got my hair straightened thinking no one would notice ?? to this stage a few years back when I got them coloured blue/purple coz well… black is overdone ??? this was fun for a FEW days but the colour maintenance gave me nightmares !(sic)”
