Bollywood’s dimpled beauty Preity Zinta was born on January 31, 1975, in Simla, Himachal Pradesh. She is celebrating her 44th birthday on January 31, 2019. The diva won our hearts ever since she marked her Bollywood debut in ‘Dil Se’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan in 1998. It was followed by a role in ‘Soldier’ co-starring Bobby Deol in the same year. In her career spanning almost 20 years, Preity worked in as many as three dozen movies. Some of them are till this day etched in our minds such as ‘Veer Zaara’, ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’, ‘Sangharsh’, ‘Dil Chahta Hai’, ‘Lakshya’ and many more.

But not many know that the 44-year-old was also known as the Liril girl thanks to the iconic Liril ad. It is considered as her first advertisement. But Liril was not her first commercial. It was for Perk chocolate. This fact was shared by Preity.
