Actor Vicky Kaushal who debuted in Bollywood with ‘Masaan’ has worked his way to the top with grit and determination. The ‘Sanju’ star who is steadily climbing the ladders of success has shared a glance from his auditioning days which will simply melt your heart. The ‘Masaan’ star captioned the image as: Once upon a time, when I would say “Sir, am I fit for the audition?” even in my sleep. God has been kind in my journey so far ?? Also, I have grown an inch taller since then, don’t know if this is even possible after a certain age.
In the picture, Vicky is looking cute in a white t-shirt and carrying a slate in his hand. His innocent look will leave a smile on his face.
Speaking about his struggling days in an interview to Hindustan Times, Vicky had earlier revealed that how he would go meet people and ask for opportunities saying please give me a chance. He also said that there were times when he would get selected for a role but at the last moment, he would get replaced. He used to feel quite disheartened but in the end, his perseverance has paid off.
Vicky Kaushal’s recent release ‘Manmarziyaan’ is much loved by fans. The Anurag Kashyap directorial also features Abhishek Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in pivotal roles. The powerhouse performer who won accolades for his performance in ‘Sanju’as Kamli has repeated the same in Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Raazi’ that also featured Alia Bhatt in a pivotal role. The actor will next be seen in Karan Johar’s period drama ‘Takht’ with Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. He also has ‘Uri’ that is based on the backdrop of Uri attacks, the movie also features Yami Gautam.
