Over the last several days, rumours of something brewing between actress Jennifer Aniston and former US President Barack Obama have been making the headlines. Rumours of an affair between the two resurfaced amid reports of growing tension between Barack and his wife of over three decades Michelle Obama.

Jennifer Aniston on affair rumours with Barack Obama

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live in October 2024, Jennifer Aniston reacted to her and Barack Obama’s affair rumours. Dismissing the gossip after the host handed her an In Touch magazine copy with a cover that read – ‘The Truth About Jen & Barack,’ the actress said, “That is absolutely untrue.”

In the video, the Friends actress – after fumbling around for the right words, says, “Of all the calls you get from your publicist where you’re just like ‘Oh, no, what’s it gonna be?’ or you get an email saying some cheesy tabloid is gonna make up a story—and then it’s that. I was not mad at it.” she continued, but, added, “That is absolutely untrue.”

Adding that the rumours were ‘absolutely untrue,’ the ‘Just Go with It’ actress said, “I’ve met Barack Obama once. I know Michelle more than him” Watch the video here:

Talking about the cover, the text reads, “Michelle betrayed as Aniston steals her husband’s attention.” It also read, “They’re obsessed with each other” and “Power circles in Washington & Hollywood can’t sop gossiping!”

Barack Obama and Michelle Obama have been married for over 33 years. The former POTUS and First Lady – who reportedly have a combined net worth of $70 million, have two daughter together – Malia and Sasha. On the other hand, Jennifer Aniston is unmarried since her divorce with actor Justin Theroux in 2018 after a three-year marriage. Prior to Theroux, the ‘We’re the Millers’ actress was married to Brad Pitt for five years but split in 2005 following rumours of him cheating on her with actress Angelina Jolie. Brad and Jolie tied the knot in 2014.
