When Tabu said ‘Ummm’ on being asked if she ever regretted not getting married

Tabu is one of the most loved actresses in Bollywood. With hard work and talent, Tabu has made a mark for herself in the industry. The talented actress has been a part of movies like Vijaypath, Saajan Chale Sasural, Hum Saath-Saath Hain, and Virasat among others. She has proved that she’s irreplaceable in the industry. Today, the actress is celebrating her birthday.

On that special occasion, we take a look back at the time when she admitted she has no regrets about not getting married. As we know, Tabu is single. She hasn’t tied the knot yet. Time and again, she has spoken about her single status. Back in the past, she attended Jagran Film Festival in Delhi, and was asked by an audience member to reveal one moment she felt being single was the best thing. She responded, “Every moment.”

The actress continued, “Because I don’t know the other side, right? So how can I say this is better or that is better? Only when I experience that, then I will understand that if this was good or if this is good. I’ve never been married, so I don’t know how good or bad it is.”

When asked if she ever regretted not getting married, she replied, “Ummmmm,” and maintained a long silence. When asked ‘Never at all?’, she responded with a smile, “Not as yet.”

On the actress’ birthday, fans are showering her with love. Apart from fans, her close friends including Farah Khan and Ajay Devgn also showered birthday love on her.

On the work front, she will be seen opposite Ajay Devgn and Akshaye Khanna in Drishyam 2. A few days ago, Tabu shared the trailer of Drishyam sequel and it received positive reactions. Drishyam 2 is slated to release on 18^th November, 2022. Apart from this, she also has Kuttey with Arjun Kapoor, Konkona Sen Sharma, and Naseeruddin Shah among others.
