‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’

20 Years ago we saw Kajol as Simran Singh on the silver screen in DDLJ. She won our hearts with her innocence and summoned our bewilderment over her love saga.Kajol plays Simran, an NRI living in London, raised by her conservative parents. She grows up dreaming of true love.when she finally meets the man of her dreams, Raj (Khan), she is forced into an arranged marriage as per her father’s wishes. ‘Dushman’

Kajol plays a double role in the film and has done an excellent job. Remember Sonia a tomboy and Naina her shy sister? from Dushman. Well, Kajol did an exceptional job and Kajol’s performance as a woman seeking revenge and justice makes this a powerful film that explores the relationships and intensity of sisterly love.
