Winner of ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’
Shreya was the winner of singing reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2000, which had Sonu Nigam as its host. She was only sixteen years old then.
She started singing at the age of 4
Music was always in her genes. Shreya started singing at a tender age of four, with her mother being her trainer. At six, she started formal training in classical music from Padmashree Late Kalyanji Bhai and Late Mukta Bhideji.

It was while she was performing at the 75th children's special episode of Sa Re Ga Ma, that she was spotted by Sanjay Leela Bansali's mother, who was watching her on television. She told Sanjay about it and SLB too was quite impressed with her talent and decided to give her a break in his movie 'Devdas.'
