Abbas-Mustan's Chori Chori Chupke Chupke is probably the first Bollywood movie to handle the taboo issue of surrogate childbirth.Preity Zinta as Madhubala aka Madhu has done a wonderful job by portraying the role of a hooker and a surrogate mother. She made her character come alive with so much satisfaction and no one could have done justice to the character of Madhubala who turns from a carefree prostitute to a possessive mother.

‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’

Kal Ho Naa Ho is the story of Naina Catherine Kapur (Preity Zinta), a 23-year-old pessimistic MBA student and her story of her life. She is hopeless at first but then she finds true love and everything changes in her life. Preity has done complete justice to the role with her cute innocent looks and her beautiful smile, well we fell in love with her all over again.

‘Kya Kehna’

Kundan Shah's Kya Kehna was supposed to be Preity Zinta debut movie but was postponed, making Dil Se her debut movie. She broke the perceptions of the society and the industry when she depicted the part of a teen mom. The movie went on to become a super hit as the story about teen pregnancy was definitely a cutting edge in Bollywood.

‘Sangharsh’

Mahesh Bhatt's Sangharsh was one of the most breathtaking psychological thriller films. Preity Zinta as Reet (CBI Officer) running from her own dark past, she did a commendable job, especially her expressions it was no doubt the best be it pain or fear it was all on point.
