Aditya Chopra is making a comeback as a director after seven long years. His work as a director includes Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Mohabbatein (2000), Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008). All his movies have been an epic love saga which can be inscribed on the list of Bollywood's legendary movies. So that expectation out of 'Befikre' is quite high!

Befikre – Paris

“It was on this day 20 years ago that Aditya Chopra’s debut movie released and on this very day exactly 20 years later the official prep work for Aditya Chopra’s next #Befikre began in Paris. What a coincidence of timing of this exact date!” a post read on Yash Raj Films’ official Facebook page said. The pre-production of 'Befikre' started on the exact same date, which is on October 20th. So does the movie any more links to the infamous 'DDLJ'. Well, we need to wait and watch!

French Connection

Befikre is set in Paris, France! Well, the city has their own beautiful language 'French'. So it is said that Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor will have their fair share of flirty conversation in French (With Subtitles of course!). Sounds exciting, isn't it!?

Light Romance

Aditya Chopra has given us some intense love saga's before with the cult classic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge in 1995 and then came Mohabbatein in 2000 with the third addition Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in 2008. So 2016 is going to bring us the fifth glory of the love saga 'Befikre'. However Aditya made a statement saying "Till now, all the films I have directed or written have been intense, dramatic and emotional. This one is just a light-hearted romance, nothing more" Now that leaves us wondering now and how!

After teaming up for 'Band Baaja Baaraat' in 2010, Aditya Chopra and Ranveer Singh have got together for 'Befikre'. Even though 'Band Baaja Baaraat' marked Ranveer's debut in the industry, the actor has grown as an actor and has proven his brilliance in acting in the last five years with movies like 'Lootera' and 'Bajirao Mastani' to name a few. The duo started off with a great start five years back and now the bar is raised to a high and expectations out of these two is building our exoticism!

Shah Rukh Khan & Aditya Chopra

Aditya Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan go back a long way with their dynamic teamwork. Aditya Chopra's films got to have Srk in the lead but, this time, it's different! Unlike the previous movies like DDLJ, Mohabbatein, and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi where Srk was the lead hero. But in 'Befikre' Ranveer Singh has taken over. However, if reports are to be believed Shah Rukh Khan will be seen making a guest appearance in 'Befikre'. Best friends or Lucky charm! Keep guessing.

Yes, that's a bit exciting, Ranveer will be seen romancing the newbie of tinsel town Vaani Kapoor of Shuddh Desi Romance fame. Their onscreen chemistry in Paris is yet to be seen but our hopes are high!
