Anupam Roy

Anupam Roy (singer-composer) is a leading name in the Bengali Film Industry. 2015 was the eyar when Anupam made his debut in Bollywood as a music director with Shoojit Sircar's 'Piku'. The music if 'Piku' was widely appreciated, with special mention to the "Journey Song" & 'Bezubaan'.

Bhumi Pednekar

Bhumi made her acting debut with Yash Raj Film's'Dum Laga Ke Haisha" where she's an over-weight woman, not fitting the usual definition of beauty. Thus, she fails to attract her husband. Bhumi, who delivered an extremely natural performance on-screen, did a fantastic job in the movie.

Harshaali Malhotra

This little bubbly girl didn't have a single dialogue in 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'. But just with those innocent stares won all our hearts. Harshaali Malhotra is another name of "Cuteness overloaded". We can't wait to see this child artist on-screen once again!

Harshavardhan Kulkarni

The director of "Hunterrr"; a film that deserved applauds but went unnoticed. In case you didn't know, Harshavardhan had also written 'Hasee Toh Phasee". 'Hunterr' is a film about a sex-addict, and might have a sequel soon.

Kapil Sharma

Once you've developed the image of a television personality and a comedian, moving from that comfort zone and establishing yourself as a big-screen star is no easy task. Kapil Sharma definitely hasn't superstar with his debut film 'Kis Kis Ko Pyar Karun', but he definitely took his first step in Bollywood. His popular non-fiction television show 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' ends soon. We wonder if Kapil will be pursuing a full time career in acting in the near future!

Neeraj Ghaywan

'Masaan' is probably this year's most critically acclaimed film and the one who made it possible with dazzling star-cast or massive investment, was Neeraj Ghaywan.

Shashank Arora

This young Delhi lad worked hard to fit into his role in 'Titli'.All thanks to his subtle performance in the film, he is soon to appear on-screen in the sequel of 'Rock On'.

2015 was a year of the new. It was a year of fresh ideas, fresh faces, fresh talents and fresh imaginations.
