Salman Khan – Vijay Galani

Salman Khan faced a 250CR defamation case against him this year, lodged by 'Veer' producer Vijay Galani. Galani had fought a long legal battle against Salman Khan over payment for the film. The producer claims he paid the actor Rs 10 crore as signing amount and when drawing up the contract, offered Rs 15 crore from ‘overflow’ (profit) if the film did well. However, Khan lost the legal battle earlier this year but it made a lot of noise in the media and was the talk of the town for a long period.

The whole internet was going crazy over (finally!) seeing the iconic brotherhood of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan on the screen once again after ages. The two Khan's came together to promote Srk's movie 'Dilwale' on Bigg Boss 9. (PS- Salman Khan has gifted a ‘Being Human’ t-shirt to Srk to wear during the promotion of ‘Dilwale’ on Bigg Boss 9.)

Salman Khan – Supports Dharavi

Salman Khan who runs a charitable organisation named ‘Being Human’ working in the field of Education and Healthcare had started a cleanliness drive along the lines of PM Narendra Modi’s ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.’ The actor will nominate over 500 volunteers through social media to join him for this campaign. He is making a donation of Rs. 1 Crore for this programme. This donation will involve the cleaning of vicinity with providing books, healthcare and hygiene facilities amongst those living in the slum, street children, orphans and homeless pavements dwellers. (Now you know, Why Salman Khan is called the man with a golden heart!)

Salman Khan – 2002 Hit & Run Case

Salman Khan's infamous 2002 Hit and case have made headlines time and again. The actor has been hauled in and out of the court for this case which says - Salman Khan allegedly drove under the influence of alcohol which resulted in a death and four being severely injured.However, due to lack of evidence against the star he has been granted relief in the notorious 2002 case, with the High Court exempting him on all charges levied against him. The case has finally ended in his favor and has been acquitted of all charges against him by the High Court.
