‘Knock Out’
Mani Shankar's directorial 'Knock Out' completely knocked us out. The movie was a huge box-office disaster, plus the stars whom we expected to bag on some stardom through the movie failed us entirely. ‘No Problem’
Anees Bazmee's directorial 'No Problem' was practically a brain dead movie, with bad comic timing. The film featured Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Sushmita Sen, Paresh Rawal, Kangana Ranaut, Neetu Chandra and Sunil Shetty. Kangana Ranaut hardly had any screen space and when she was on screen trying to crack a joke it was not at all funny. As the movie doomed at the box office, Kangana's performance too was disappointing.
‘Rascals’
David Dhawan's directorial 'Rascals' was a huge box office flop. The film featured film stars like Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, Kangana Ranaut and Lisa Haydon. Even Arjun Rampal's guest appearance did not help the movie to accomplish success. Kangana Ranaut's role was a dreary performance that we should avoid watching at any cost.
‘Shakalaka Boom Boom’
Suneel Darshan's directorial 'Shakalaka Boom Boom' was a disaster. Even with film stars like Bobby Deol, Upen Patel, Celina Jaitley and Kangana Ranaut in the lead roles, the movie tanked at the box office. The story revolved around music, love and revenge. The only person who benefitted from the film was Upen, his work was admired by many critics. However, Kangana failed to establish herself through the film with her disappointing performance.
‘Tezz’
Priyadarshan's directorial 'Tezz' received a mixed review by the critics and also failed to entertain the masses. The film featured film stars like Anil Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, Zayed Khan, Mallika Sherawat, Sameera Reddy, Boman Irani and Ajay Devgn. Kangana Ranaut failed to impress us with her mediocre performance in the film.
‘Vada Raha’
Samir Karnik's directorial 'Vaada Raha' came and vanished from the screen in a blink. Kangana Ranaut's role neither had any substance to it nor a did she add her own touch to her character, in all, it was a failure.
‘Katti Batti’
This film tanked badly at the box office and Kangana Ranaut went about blaming Salman Khan for it. Apparently, it was Salman who recommended the film to Kangana, adding that it was a tailormade role for her. The actress had earlier rejected the film when director Nikhil Advani had approached her with the script. Salman however clarified that he had recommended that she listen to the script, and that the decision to do the film ultimately was entirely hers. A wrong one at that!
