We all know that thanks to Maharashtra Bandh, the state has come to still. The protesters were on the roads and destroying the infrastructure. However, it looks like the bandh couldn’t stop Arjun Kapoor from grooming himself. The dashing actor was spotted outside a salon and it looks like the salon was specially open for him.

If you see in the pictures below, you can see that the shutter of the salon is only half open, maybe due to threat of the protesters.
