It’s no surprise that it was a big day for the Phogat family on Sunday as wrestler Geeta Phogat was all set to tie the knot in her village Balali situated in Haryana. Aamir Khan, who will be seen in a biopic on the life of Phogats, too made his way at the wedding ceremony adding to the beauty of this happy occasion. Aamir plays the part of wrestler turned coach Mahavir Singh Phogat (Geeta’s father) in this biographical sports drama. The actor wished Geeta on her new beginning in life who is marrying her fellow wrestler Pawan Kumar. Aamir was seen dressed in a white kurta pajama, black bundi and red safa, as perfect as a family member from the bride’s side. Further, he even addressed the media and was seen accompanied by Nitesh Tiwari, director of ‘Dangal’ here. Have a look at the pictures from this wedding ceremony clicked by our cameraman.
