Now that she has achieved a fit body, she still religiously follows her everyday yoga regime. This is her mantra to not just a fit body, but mental well-being too!
What work-out did to her
However, even after she made yoga her routine, she initially wasn't liking it much. "Initially when I started yoga classes, I couldn't lift my feet up above the ground. Payal told me that my thighs are bulky, and I need to tone them down. But now I can throw my feet above my head," she stated. Well, that fitness is pretty much visible in her.
The ‘size zero’ trend
Remember Kareena's size zero figure in 'Tashan'? It almost became a trend among the youth. Even behind that, Kareena had intense work out and a healthy diet.
When yoga did its magic
When she was badly in need of achieving a good shape, the one to help her out was celebrity yoga trainer Payal Gidwani Tiwari. "Payal has helped me challenge my genes and transform my body," the actress said. Payal carefully picked exercises for her while helping her with her diet as well.
