However, people saw Salman exiting from the right door (the driver's side) as the left door was jammed. Who was driving that day? If it was the driver, why is he yet roaming free?
Was Salman Khan drunk?
10 ml of Salman's blood sample contained 62 ml of alcohol in it. One witness also saw him drinking "clear liquid" in Rain Bar, Vile Parle. The police recovered bills to establish that Salman had consumed alcohol that day. However, the bills were never verified. The actor said they got no table, although bills mentioned a table number.

The defence claimed that a Tyre burst had caused an accident while the prosecution opposed saying that the burst was the result of the accident and not the cause. it remains an unsolved mystery yet and the Tyre was never sent for a forensic test.
Where’s Kamaal Khan?
Singer Kamaal Khan who happens to be Salman's friend, was with him the night the incident occurred. In a statement, he admitted that Salman was driving the car. However, he went missing suspiciously soon after it. Reportedly, he sold off his property in Mumbai and flew to UK. He was never examined by the police either.
How did a part of Salman Khan’s blood sample go missing?
6 ml of Blood were collected from Salman's body for a test; only 4 ml reached the lab. Where did the rest go? No one knows. The constable who was carrying the sample to the lab, was 'untraceable'.

Ravindra Patil, Salman Khan's former bodyguard was considered as the 'star' eyewitness. However, Ravindra mysteriously flew away, giving everyone a reason to think that he was being scared to admit the facts. He later got tuberculosis as well as developed a psychological imbalance and succumbed to death.
