Chunky Panday’s mother’s last rites

Chunky Panday's mother and Ananya Panday's grandmother Snehlata Panday passed away on Saturday. The actors' friends and relatives visited Chunky's home.

Samir Soni, who is close to the Pandays arrived with his wife Neelam Kothari to pay their last respects. Neelam and Chunky's wife Bhavana Pandey are good friends.

Chunky Panday's nephew Ahaan Panday was also spotted as he was in the ambulance with the mortal remains of his grandmom.

Ananya with her family

Ananya was seen breaking down and her family was consoling her. On Women's Day, Ananya had shared a picture with her grandmother and spoke about her influence on her life. She wrote, "The epitome of grace, beauty, perseverance, humour, badass energy and boss woman vibes. my Dadi and Nani - happy Women’s day to my best. and happy Women’s day to all the lovely ladies out there - you are so very special and everything you need is right inside of you I love you guys u rock".

The final goodbye

As per reports, Snehlata Panday passed away after suffering a heart attack on Saturday afternoon.

Rest in peace

Snehlata’s mortal remains were taken to Santa Cruz’s crematorium for the last rites.
