A Public Interest Litigation was filled in order to acquire a stay on this film. A report then had an advocate quoting, “We have sought a stay order on the release of 'Jism 2' because of the sexually explicit content of the movie, and the inclusion of Sunny Leone in the film, for the adverse moral impact that her presence would have on society.”

Kamaal R Khan has to comment on anyone and everyone and Sunny Leone is no exception. In the year, 2013, Kamaal R Khan attributed some controversial comments on Sunny with reference to rape and surprise sex. It didn’t go down well with Sunny and she filed a complaint against it. She probably did not like her comparison with Sunny and then she said, “Please don’t compare me with Sunny Leone because I have achieved (my popularity) by dancing, performing, doing reality shows and also by winning hearts of the audiences. To be barred from India

The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti had once demanded Sunny Leone and her husband Daniel Weber’s deportation from India on the terms that her website promotes vulgarity and obscenity not suitable for Indian audience. The protesters didn’t only demand Sunny’s departure from the country, but they also demanded to not allow them to enter the country ever again!

But, when Celina Jaitly demanded the possession of her flat again, Sunny and Daniel turned rude towards her. Celina had then given out a statement, “I had to stay in a hotel with my two-and-a-half year-old twin sons because Sunny Leone and her husband wouldn’t vacate my place.
