Kalki has been a subject to sexual abuse in her childhood. Now that she’s at a pick in her career, she wanted to make good use of it and create some awareness about it. Her video “it’s your fault” which is a sarcastic and satirical answer to those who make insensitive comments about women who’re abused, went viral and received huge appreciation. Kalki also performed a solo show at the India Conclave Summit where she highlighted the issue of abuse on women.

This model-actor is the primary brainstormer behind “Pinkathon”. Pinkathon is a 10 km long marathon exclusively for women which aims to promote women’s fitness and also raises awareness on breast cancer.
