Despite the print of Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Udta Punjab‘ being leaked on torrent just two days before the release, the audience’s verdict proved a winning sign for the makers as it collected around Rs 33 crore in its first weekend. To celebrate this feat, producer Ekta Kapoor hosted a private bash at her residence on Monday night where the team was spotted coming in to enjoy this victorious effort of them. Rockstar Tommy Singh, Shahid Kapoor and his co-star Alia Bhatt who were promoting the film all day came here dressed in their casual best. Apart from them, Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khattar who was also part of the movie as an Assistant Director joined the party. Expected much more love from the viewers in the coming days for ‘Udta Punjab’.
