After going through a lot of controversies, Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Udta Punjab‘ was finally released on Friday gaining a favourable response at the box office as well. This film based on the sensitive subject of substance abuse in the state of Punjab spotted the lead pair of Shahid and Alia at Mehboob Studios on Monday where they were seen interacting with the press post the film’s release. To add more surprise to this event of promotions was the presence of actress Kareena Kapoor Khan who couldn’t attend much of the promotional activities of this film due to her ill health. Kareena who is been equally praised for her role of Dr Preet Sahni who runs a rehabilitation centre could finally make her way to this final leg of promotions looking fine and better now. The trio was also accompanied here by Abhishek Chaubey, director of ‘Udta Punjab’.
