Agent: Mammootty joins Akhil Akkineni’s spy thriller. First look poster out

Malayalam superstar Mammootty is basking in the glory of his recent release Bheeshma Parva. The versatile actor has now moved on to his next. He has joined forces with Akhil Akinneni for spy drama Agent. Today the first look of the megastar from the movie has been shared by the makers.

“A Stalwart of Indian Cinema who paved his own path with Discipline & Dedication. ?Megastar @mammukka?Joins the shoot of #AGENT .⚡️Can’t wait to witness the magic on sets ❤️,” director Surender Reddy tweeted while sharing the character poster.

The poster features Mammootty in an action avatar. It seems the actor is called ‘The Devil’ in the film. The Malayalam megastar will be seen as the antagonist.

The movie has Akhil Akkineni playing the lead role. Sakshi Vaidya will be seen as the female lead in the spy drama.

It is directed by Surender Reddy known for movies like Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Dhruv, Kick among others. Agent is bankrolled by Ramabrahmam Sunkara and Pathi Deepa Reddy. It is under AK Entertainments and Surrender 2 Cinema banners.

Apart from Agent, Mammootty will also be seen in Puzhu and Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam. Which will be directed by Jallikattu helmer Lijo Jose Pellissery.
