SHOCKING! Allu Arjun calls off project after director Atlee asks for Rs 35 crore as fee?

Director Atlee is a known filmmaker down South. Recently, he has been in the news for his upcoming film with Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara. Earlier, it was reported that Allu Arjun was planning to work with Atlee on a pan-India project. Lyca Productions was said to be backing it. Reportedly, there was a whopping hike in Arjun’s remuneration after Pushpa’s success. According to reports, the production house offered the Icon star a whopping Rs. 100 crore.

As per a report in News18, the latest buzz states that Atlee’s huge remuneration has shocked Allu Arjun and the project has been called off. The Bigil director had reportedly asked for Rs. 35 crore as his fee. If the film is not happening, then it will surely disappoint both their fans. Well, nothing has been confirmed yet from both the parties.

Talking about Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara-starrer Atlee’s film, nothing much has been disclosed about the film yet. The movie has been tentatively titled, Lion.

It is one of the most anticipated movies and is said that SRK will be seen in a double role, while Nayanthara will play an investigating officer.

Coming back to Allu Arjun, his film Pushpa-The Rise with Sukumar is a phenomenal success at the box-office. It released during the Covid-19 pandemic, yet it has been one of the most successful films. Fans are now eagerly waiting for Pushpa-The Rule. The budget will be more than the first part as per reports. The latest updates state that Pushpa 2, will be made on a whopping budget of Rs 400 crore.
