Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule has got a new release date. The actor and makers took to social media earlier today and announced that the film will now release in theatres worldwide on December 5. The film’s producers made this announcement during a grand event with distributors in Hyderabad. With this preponed release date, the much-awaited sequel with no longer clash with Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava at the box office.

Pushpa 2’s completion process is in full swing and director Sukumar is turning no stone unturned to make it into a cinematic extravaganza. The film’s music has already become a chartbuster, winning over audiences everywhere and the pre-release business numbers are already hinting towards the record-breaking success of the film. The excitement for the film’s release is already at an all-time high nationally and internationally with fans waiting to see their Icon Star Allu Arjun come to the big screen in his full swagger.

Written and directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2: The Rule will see Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna reprise their roles as Pushpa Raj, SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat and Srivalli, respectively. The upcoming action-drama flick – which is said to be the most expensive Indian film to date, was initially set to release on August 15, 2024. However, due to unfinished shooting and post-production work, it will now release on December 6. The Pan-India film will release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and Bengali.
