Amid Jawan success, Vijay Sethupathi’s first look from Maharaja leaves fans intrigued- SEE PIC

Vijay Sethupathi is one of the most talented actors, not just in Tamil cinema but across India. After making a mark in South cinema with his acting prowess, the actor dabbled into Bollywood last year and is gaining appreciation. His recent release, Jawan alongside Shah Rukh Khan is performing phenomenally well at the box office. While the actor is currently basking in its success, the new look of his 50^th film Maharaja was unveiled by the makers.

The Farzi actor shared the poster on his social media handles with the caption, “#MaharajaFirstLook.” In the poster, he is seen wounded sitting on a barber’s chair with a sickle in his hand. His lethal look has left fans intrigued. As soon as the poster was released, several netizens hailed the movie as the next blockbuster. An internet user wrote, “Vijay Sethupathi No 1 actor in the world.” Another internet user wrote, “Legend actor Vijay Sethupathy sir always heart touching. Jawan se aacha yeh roll hoga.”

Maharaja marks Vijay’s 50^th film and is directed by Kurangu Bommai fame Nithilan Swaminathan. The flick also stars Anurag Kashyap, Mamta Mohandas, and Natty Nattraj in pivotal roles.

Vijay Sethupathi’s upcoming movies

The actor has an interesting lineup of projects after Jawan. He will next be seen in Merry Christmas alongside Katrina Kaif. The film is all set to release on 15th December 2023. He also has Viduthalai part 2 and a silent film, titled Gandhi Talks in his kitty.
