Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn to lock horns on Diwali 2017?

Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn are all set to clash at the box office on Diwali 2017. Well this year has been a year of major clashes at the box-office, while some have been averted some went on to lock horns. Looks like the year 2017 too will have a number of face-offs. The first and foremost being Shah Rukh Khan‘s ‘Raees’ and Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’ that are releasing on the same day in January.

Now we have two more actors walking the same path. Yes, megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Bollywood’s Singham Ajay Devgn too will lock horns at the box office on Diwali 2017.

Recently director Anees Bazmee revealed that he might release his forthcoming film ‘Aankhen 2’ on Diwali a slot that has been targeted by Rohit Shetty for his film ‘Golmaal Again’. Where ‘Aankhen’ boasts of Amitabh Bachchan, Arjun Rampal, Anil Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz and South actress Regina Cassandra in the lead roles, ‘Golmaal Again’ will feature Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Sharman Joshi, Tusshar Kapoor, Paresh Rawal and Rimi Sen.

The clashing of blockbusters at the box-office is matter of concern for the makers. This year we have Ajay Devgn’s ‘Shivaay’ locking horns with Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ as both are releasing on October 28. Will the makers of ‘Aankhen’ and ‘Golmaal Again’ postpone their release to avoid a clash remains to be seen.
