Arjun Kapoor to mimic chachu Anil Kapoor in his voice-over debut

Actor Arjun Kapoor is all set to make his voice-over debut and will be mimicking chachu Anil Kapoor and his patent ‘jhakaas’. Arjun revealed, “It was fun mimicking Anil chachu and it came naturally to me. While imitating Arshad Warsi and Sanjay Dutt as Circuit and Munnabhai was also interesting, it was quite challenging too.”

The actor spoke at length of his first voice-over experience and stated, “I chose to give my voice to the character of Buck in the Hindi dub of Hollywood adventure ‘Ice Age: Collision Course’ because he is loud and totally filmi. I’ve always been drawn to animation films. It brings out the child in me. Opening my mind to the thought of doing a voice-over was quite thrilling. You get to say the lines that you may not be able to say otherwise. I decided to have fun with it.”

Arjun also said that Seth MacFarlene is his favourite when it comes to VO artists and is just amazing in this field. Earlier, actors like Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan, Sonakshi Sinha have also lent their voices for animation films.
