Bimbisara First Look: Nandamuri Kalyan Ram announces his forthcoming film with an intriguing poster on grandfather NTR’s birth anniversary

On NT Rama Rao’s 98th birth anniversary, his grandson Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Jr NTR’s brother has dropped the title teaser of his upcoming film, Bimbisara. It is a socio-fantasy film and in the teaser, we get a glimpse of Kalyan Ram as a fierce and feisty barbarian king as he is in the attire of a warrior with a huge sword in his hand and innumerable dead bodies are lying on the battlefield.

Sharing the title teaser on his Twitter handle, Kalyan Ram wrote, “In a mythical land lost to history,there lived a barbarian King. This is his tale. Presenting #Bimbisara(sic)”. The film comes with the tagline, “A Time Travel From Evil to Good.”

Bimbisara is said to be made on a huge budget. Mallidi Vashist is making his debut as a director with Bimbisara. Chirantan Bhatt is composing the music and it is backed by Kalyan Ram under NTR Arts. Kalyanram is reportedly playing a double role in the film that has two timelines-the 13th century and the present.

Reportedly, apart from Kalyan Ram, the movie also stars Samyuktha Menon and Catherine Tresa.

The film was announced on the occasion of his grandfather’s birthday and there can be no other special day to reveal the first look, isn’t it?
