Chiranjeevi’s daughter Sreeja drops husband Kalyaan Dhev’s name on Instagram, sparks divorce rumours

Chiranjeevi’s younger daughter Sreeja has dropped her husband’s name on her Instagram handle. It has sparked divorce rumours and there have been speculations that Sreeja has separated from her husband Kalyaan Dhev. The couple tied the knot in March 2016 and have a daughter.

Sreeja’s previous Instagram handle read, ‘Sreeja Kalyan’. On Monday, she dropped Kalyan and added her maidan name, ‘Konidela’. She seemed to have unfollowed Kalyaan on Instagram.

Sreeja and Kalyaan got married at the family’s farmhouse near Devanahalli, Bengaluru, in March 2016. The wedding was a grand one attended by their relatives, close friends and celebs from the South film industry. The pics from the wedding went viral.

In November 2018, Kalyaan had announced he and Sreeja are expecting their baby. They have a daughter named Navishka.

For the unversed, Sreeja was earlier married to Sirish Bharadwaj when she was 19. But later they separated in 2011 after she claimed that her in-laws were reportedly demanding dowry. She had even filed a harassment case against Sirish. They had a daughter together.

Today, Dhanush and Aishwaryaa also announced their separation after being together for 18 years. Last year in October, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya also announced that they were separating. Sreeja and Kalyaan’s separation rumours come as a shock.

Reportedly, Sreeja is staying at a posh apartment in Hyderabad along with her daughters. Chiranjeevi, Sreeja and Kalyaan Dhev are yet to comment on it.
