In January this year, the teaser of Acharya was unveiled. Ram Charan shared it on his social media handles. Acharya is directed by Koratala Siva. It is slated to release on May 13, 2021.
Here’s the teaser.
The teaser has a voice-over of Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi is seen as the saviour of people and he tries to give them justice. Acharya is written by Koratala Siva and produced by Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy under the Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainment banners.
Apart from Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi, the movie also has Kajal Aggarwal.
As per Bollywood Hungama, earlier Ram Charan had said, “It will be an absolute honour for me to be able to share the same frame as my father. Also, it is not a cameo but a full-fledged role for me. I want to thank director Koratala Siva for making this happen.”
Yesterday, Ram Charan’s character poster from SS Rajamouli’s RRR was dropped. He was seen as Alluri Sita Ramaraju who donned a saffron dhoti-pyjama and was seen holding a bow-and-arrow.
Bravery, honour and integrity.
